What you will do

• Drive the long-term vision and roadmap for the eCommerce platform using AI-first methodologies.
• Synthesize client feedback, support tickets, and surveys via AI tools to inform product strategy.
• Lead the full product development lifecycle from PRDs and prototyping to launch and client adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to align client needs with internal business objectives.
• Utilize AI-assisted data exploration and natural language querying for evidence-based decision making.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and report development progress across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of PM experience in the SaaS industry with complex enterprise products.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience working on AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data platforms.
• Experience driving strategy for complex, integrated software ecosystems.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative research and prototype workflows using AI tools.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision making and product analytics tools.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of product management experience.
