What you will do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes across the Bronx.
• Implement individualized treatment plans supervised by a BCBA.
• Help children develop social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Manage challenging behaviors and maintain a safe, engaging therapy environment.
• Perform daily data collection and logging to monitor client progress.
• Participate in regular training and supervision to strengthen ABA skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Bronx, NY.
• Prior ABA therapy experience is required.
• Ability to work flexible, part-time schedules.

Nice to have

• RBT certification.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
