What you will do
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based coaching via phone, video, text, or email to address service member needs.
- Manage acute stress and disengagement risks for veterans and active duty members.
- Maintain structured documentation aligned with program objectives and performance requirements.
- Coordinate warm handoffs with Contact Center Specialists and activate escalation protocols for safety concerns.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field.
- Valid license as a mental health professional (Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Behavioral Health Counseling).
- Clinical experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, and crisis counseling.
- Experience working with military service members and veterans regarding mental health.
Nice to have
- Minimum of three years of experience delivering in-person patient care.
