What you will do

• Plan projects by defining, estimating, scheduling, and documenting work to meet customer goals.
• Control projects by managing scope, cost, quality, risks, and resources for successful delivery.
• Manage communications with customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Support software development teams, driving result-oriented performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain project documentation using tailored agile and traditional tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years in project management.
• Good knowledge of scope and schedule management.
• Confidence in people management.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and estimation techniques.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English (written and verbal).
• Experience and understanding of game development.

Nice to have

• Understanding of art/animation processes.
• Experience in PMO initiatives like process improvements.
• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Being a gamer.
