Salary: $151,020 - $210,000 (USD) / $134,285 - $158,000 (CAD)

What you will do
- Lead paid social strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and TikTok to drive full-funnel campaigns.
- Manage significant budgets with rigor, including pacing, forecasting, and budget-vs-actuals analysis.
- Direct creative strategy and large-scale testing by briefing studios/agencies and building a learning roadmap.
- Partner with Web Marketing to align landing page strategy and optimize post-click conversion.
- Manage external agencies and contractors end-to-end, ensuring quality and accountability to results.
- Utilize AI tools habitually to generate briefs, develop copy variants, and accelerate audience research.
Requirements
- 10+ years of paid social experience in B2B SaaS, performance marketing agencies, or high-growth consumer organizations.
- Proven track record of full-funnel ownership across multiple social platforms with measurable pipeline impact.
- Experience managing external agencies and contractors.
- Strong analytical skills with a clear perspective on attribution in imperfect measurement environments.
- AI-fluent in practice, using AI tools consistently in daily workflows to accelerate analysis and production.
- Must be based in or be able to work from the specified office locations for a hybrid setup.
