What you will do

• Define the QA strategy and technical vision for the Trade Dissemination value chain to ensure high-quality feature deliveries.
• Manage the delivery of high-impact initiatives, communicating complex risks and dependencies to senior leadership.
• Lead root cause analysis and product-level investigations during production incidents.
• Establish engineering quality standards with a strong emphasis on automation and repeatability.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to critical architectural decisions from a testability perspective.

Requirements

• Professional experience leading QA functions and providing strategic direction for highly technical teams.
• Expertise in designing tests for resilience, fault tolerance, and data consistency across distributed, cloud-native architectures.
• Advanced proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Ability to translate complex business and technology concepts into actionable QA strategies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to align senior leadership and principal engineers.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in ultra-low latency (ULL) trading platforms or large-scale financial applications.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for mission-critical services.
