What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of professional QA engineers, assigning work and monitoring progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or supervising QA teams or comparable technical groups.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and ISTQB/ISEB Advanced level certification.
• Experience with microservices architecture and related testing strategies.
• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic, Prometheus, and ELK stack.
• Experience in game development environments and the mobile gaming industry.
