What you will do

• Lead and scale the QA automation function across the company.
• Define and implement QA best practices and the overall QA strategy.
• Build and manage a QA team, supporting both manual and automated testing.
• Own the development and evolution of test frameworks, environments, and tooling.
• Collaborate with the CTO and engineering leadership to align QA strategy with technical goals.
• Champion a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading QA or test automation teams in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong programming background in .NET, Java, or similar languages.
• Expertise in manual and automated testing within CI/CD environments.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS).
• Experience across backend, web, and mobile platforms.
• Ability to travel quarterly to Belgrade for in-person collaboration.
