What you will do

• Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines focusing on LLMs and generative architectures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate challenges into tractable ML tasks and precise problem statements.
• Fine-tune custom LLMs for specific use cases to optimize cost and performance.
• Monitor AI system performance (latency, accuracy, drift) and establish automated retraining processes.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for AI/ML, providing guidance and mentorship across the engineering and product teams.
• Conduct tech scouting of latest research and evaluate new tools and architectures.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics or Applied Mathematics.
• 3+ years of professional ML experience, with at least 1 year focused on deep learning and NLP.
• 6+ years of overall software development experience with strong engineering practices.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI GPT APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, or Meta’s LLaMA models.
• Experience with version control (Git) and containerization.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with React or VueJS for integrating AI features into user interfaces.
• Experience building backend services or microservices using C# and .NET Core.
• Familiarity with MLOps tooling such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX.
