What you will do
- Identify leads via cold-calling, networking, events, and develop relationships with C-level executives in targeted markets.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle as the single point of contact and close deals.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities and forecast business to hit sales targets in revenue and profitability.
- Ensure customer orders are filled with the required talent and maintain high visibility for exceptional service.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years proven success selling IT staffing, team augmentation services, outsourcing.
- 4+ years progressive experience in sales, consulting, or resources industry with expertise in finance, banking, energy, or utilities.
- Proven track record achieving annual sales of at least $2MM and closing deals from $250K to $5M+.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to recognize opportunities and proficiency managing sales opportunities and pipeline in CRM.
