What you will do
- Act as the primary technical lead and subject matter expert for the CAMA application.
- Partner with support and internal teams to evaluate, define, and validate incoming requests.
- Modernize the SDLC by transitioning to GitHub, establishing formal release notes, and creating technical documentation.
- Deliver minor enhancements and annual updates while ensuring high system reliability and preventing regressions.
- Perform customer data conversions to migrate clients from legacy systems to the current CAMA system.
- Participate in cross-functional technical design sessions to support strategic planning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Delphi and SQL.
- Experience with SQL Server and data modeling.
- Proven experience in technical design and application architecture for enterprise systems.
- Must be based in Florida.
- Ability to organize and plan work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
