What you will do

• Partner with support and internal teams to evaluate and validate incoming requests.
• Ramp up on Delphi codebase to become primary subject matter expert during sustainment phase.
• Lead transition to modern SDLC: GitHub, formal release notes, and technical documentation foundation.
• Deliver minor enhancements, annual updates, and customer data conversions while maintaining high reliability.
• Provide weekly plans and summaries aligning with strategic goals.
• Participate in cross-functional technical design sessions for CAMA.

Requirements

• 7+ years software development experience with strong proficiency in Delphi and SQL
• Proven experience in technical design and application architecture for enterprise systems
• Experience with SQL Server and data modeling
• In-depth knowledge of SQL
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to rapidly changing environment
