Sr. Software Engineer (GovTech)

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical lead and subject matter expert for the CAMA application.
• Partner with internal teams to evaluate, define, and validate incoming feature requests.
• Modernize the SDLC by transitioning to GitHub and establishing formal release notes and documentation.
• Deliver system enhancements and annual updates while maintaining high reliability and preventing regressions.
• Perform customer data conversions to migrate users from legacy systems.
• Participate in cross-functional technical design sessions for strategic planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Delphi and SQL.
• Proven experience in technical design and application architecture for enterprise systems.
• Expertise with SQL Server and data modeling.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Ohio, USA.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
