What you will do

• Build and implement comprehensive change management plans that deliver tangible organizational benefits.
• Design and deliver effective organizational operating models.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive digital adoption and engagement across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address digital needs and challenges.
• Provide IT training and create educational materials, tutorials, and resources to enhance digital literacy.
• Monitor and analyze digital adoption metrics to track progress and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in change management consulting in highly matrixed, client-facing environments.
• Proficiency in the application of business change management theories and strategic analytical thinking.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically Office 365 and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with transformation programs and application of Agile methodology.
• Ability to work autonomously and flexibly within multidisciplinary teams.
• Must be based in Poland.
