What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for VIP clients in Germany, managing end-to-end relationships and delivering personalized service.
• Implement targeted strategies to acquire high-value clients and increase lifetime value of the existing portfolio (300-400 clients).
• Conceptualize and execute exclusive VIP events and experiences across Germany aligned with local luxury expectations.
• Partner with Marketing, Retail, and Global VIP teams to integrate German market needs into brand initiatives.
• Track VIP performance metrics and monitor luxury trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Native-level German and professional English proficiency for client interactions and reporting.
• Significant experience in VIP management, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality specifically in the German market, with track record managing UHNWIs.
• Deep understanding of German cultural nuances, spending habits, and luxury consumer behavior.
• Strong strategic, operational, and networking skills with discretion for high-profile clients.
