Dispatcher

What you will do

• Coordinate daily transport operations with drivers and subcontractors
• Plan and schedule collections and deliveries for on-time performance
• Serve as primary client contact with professional communication
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GDP requirements
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with service partners
• Use TMS and Dash Portal for planning, tracking, and reporting

Requirements

• Strong communication in English (minimum professional conversational level)
• Strong communication in German (fluent or native speaker)
• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure with time-sensitive operations
• Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) is an advantage
