Location: Office-based in Vevey, Switzerland. Willingness to travel (Kriens / Vevey).

Worldwide leading supplier of electromechanical equipment and services for hydropower plants with around 250 employees in Vevey and Kriens.

What you will do

• Organize on-time, cost-effective, and safe cross-border shipments and deliveries (national, international import/export Switzerland, cross-trade) by road, air, or sea.
• Prepare transport offers and orders.
• Ensure compliance with legal frameworks for national and international goods transport, including customs and VAT.
• Prepare and forward all necessary documents to internal and external contacts.
• Handle VAT and customs formalities, invoicing, L/C, and bonds.
• Manage clarifications related to dangerous goods transport.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
• 5 years of experience in cross-border transport of goods (import/export Switzerland, cross-trade).
• Export specialist; Federal Diploma of Higher Education is an advantage.
• Enjoy organizing and learning new things.
• Willingness to travel (Kriens / Vevey).

• Additional Spanish, Italian, or German.
