What you will do

• Manage inbound product flows and monitor logistics partner performance.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock accuracy, and FEFO/shelf-life compliance.
• Process customer orders, returns, complaints, and handle sales invoicing.
• Reconcile incoming bank payments and support debt collection actions.
• Maintain Material and Customer Master data within SAP SD and MM modules.
• Monitor and report key supply chain and customer service KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with SAP, particularly the SD and MM modules.
• Solid understanding of GDP guidelines.
