What you will do
- Manage inbound product flows and monitor logistics partner performance.
- Oversee inventory levels, stock accuracy, and FEFO/shelf-life compliance.
- Process customer orders, returns, complaints, and handle sales invoicing.
- Reconcile incoming bank payments and support debt collection actions.
- Maintain Material and Customer Master data within SAP SD and MM modules.
- Monitor and report key supply chain and customer service KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with SAP, particularly the SD and MM modules.
- Solid understanding of GDP guidelines.
