What you will do

• Execute just-in-time logistics of materials and equipment across suppliers, manufacturing sites, and project locations.
• Plan and monitor shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery and meet financial metrics.
• Coordinate complex customs clearance processes with multiple involved parties.
• Act as a regional subject matter expert for operational logistics best practices.
• Manage the shipping of dangerous goods, ensuring strict safety and quality compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Project Management, and Finance to maximize customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain with 5+ years experience, or vocational training with 8+ years experience.
• Proven experience in handling and shipping dangerous goods.
• Working knowledge of the EMEA logistics market, including Ocean Freight and Truck Transport.
• Fluency in English and business proficiency in German.
• Ability to handle volatility, uncertainty, and complexity in a fast-paced international environment.
