What you will do

  • Develop and maintain high-trust partnerships with key customer contacts and internal business groups.
  • Process customer orders within SAP ensuring strict compliance with terms, shipping windows, and internal controls.
  • Analyze gaps between order coverage and forecasts to proactively influence customer order behavior.
  • Drive delivery performance (On-Time Delivery) and monitor key customer KPIs.
  • Implement collaborative supply chain strategies, including JIT programs and consignment stock.
  • Resolve customer complaints, returns (RMA), and invoice discrepancies with speed and accuracy.

Requirements

  • University or College degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar Tier-1 ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) for interpreting complex supply chain data.
  • Solid understanding of international logistics and Incoterms.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced semiconductor environment.

  • Experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
