What you will do

• Own and improve operating model and forecasting across Retail, DTC, and Amazon channels.
• Run month-end close, standardized P&Ls, and trade spend ROI models.
• Build company-wide omnichannel Analytics Engine with unified KPIs and dashboards.
• Implement workflow automation using tools like Make, Zapier, and BI/AI for scalable processes.
• Lead capitalization strategy, cash flow management, and finance team building.
• Collaborate on GAAP accounting and audit preparation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A/strategic finance at CPG/FMCG or investment banking/PE/VC with CPG exposure.
• Experience with high-growth omnichannel CPG brands.
• Hands-on with workflow automation, AI-enabled processes, Excel, Quickbooks, Power BI, ERP systems.
• Proven financial operating models, underwriting, and investment-style analytics.
• Process-oriented with strong business acumen focused on profitability and scalability.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional partnership skills.
