Salary: $197,572 - $366,921 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate the full cycle of domestic and international payroll for US and global subsidiaries.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing global payroll team.
• Develop strategic plans to scale and optimize global payroll operations.
• Monitor compliance with international, federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Lead the deployment of global payroll systems and integration with HR and finance platforms.
• Manage complex projects including M&A payroll integration and system implementations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of payroll management experience with a degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• 5+ years of experience managing global payroll teams and leading transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Celergo, and Workday.
• Experience managing expatriate payrolls and leading change projects.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
