What you will do

• Own and ship growth-critical engineering projects end-to-end, from opportunity identification to launch and iteration.
• Design and run experiments across the full user journey, including the marketing website, onboarding, and activation.
• Build and manage core analytics and attribution frameworks, event instrumentation, and reporting dashboards.
• Define and track success metrics such as activation, conversion, and retention to guide product decisions.
• Develop pragmatic full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Balance rapid, iterative experimentation with high-conviction technical projects.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundation in frontend, backend, or full-stack development.
• Experience building and shipping user-facing product features or web applications.
• Comfort working with data, metrics, and experimentation to drive decisions.
• Strong product intuition and curiosity about user discovery, adoption, and retention.
• Ability to move quickly and take ownership while maintaining code quality.
• Familiarity with modern web stacks and analytics tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools.
• Background in product-led growth (PLG).
• Experience in B2B SaaS.
