What you will do

• Execute builds of complex power electronics assemblies through prototype, pilot, and production phases.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting and document issues during bring-up and early manufacturing runs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes for prototype builds and failure mode identification.
• Analyze data and communicate failure modes to drive product improvements in future iterations.
• Support the bring-up and validation of test systems, fixtures, and specialized assembly tooling.

Requirements

• Proven track-record of hands-on technical assembly and troubleshooting in manufacturing, NPI, or early production environments.
• Ability to track and manage multiple units through various build and test stages.
• Experience in the teardown and diagnostics of complex manufactured assemblies.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings for critical quality and assembly features.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Scotts Valley.

Nice to have

• Strong aptitude for power electronics and electrical systems.
• Experience with measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and hipot.
• Proficiency with 3D Printing, CNC, Laser Cutting, Milling/Drilling, CATIA, or Solidworks.
• Background in process development or continuous improvement.
