What you will do
- Lead a squad of engineers, owning product area from roadmap to shipped features.
- Talk to clients, end-users, sales, and success teams; analyze usage data.
- Translate insights into clear, prioritized backlogs with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize new features, technical debt, and bug fixes based on customer impact.
- Discuss system constraints, architecture trade-offs with developers, and feasibility with designers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product ownership or similar in software development; shipped features and worked with engineering.
- Technical foundation (CS/Engineering degree or hands-on) to engage in technical discussions.
- Strong analytical skills; data-driven decisions on feasibility, prioritization, and measurement.
- Excellent prioritization across features, tech debt, and bugs.
- Clear communication in English, our working language.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered features, payment systems, analytics dashboards, or website builders.
- Familiarity with events industry or marketplace platforms.
