What you will do

• Oversee accurate and timely claim submission and optimize clean claim rates prior to submission.
• Manage AR aging, prioritize high-impact follow-ups, and implement structured collection strategies.
• Analyze denial trends and implement corrective action plans and appeal strategies to reduce repeat denials.
• Identify inefficiencies in billing workflows and develop SOPs and structured billing systems.
• Own revenue targets and billing KPIs, providing actionable reporting and performance insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with a strong focus on billing and AR.
• Proven track record managing AR aging and improving collections.
• Strong understanding of CPT/ICD coding and its impact on billing accuracy.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and payer portals.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Ability to work US Time Zone (Night Shift PH).
