What you will do

  • Translate vague business problems into viable AI-driven solutions through discovery and shaping sessions.
  • Own the end-to-end technical delivery of client projects, from initial architecture to production deployment.
  • Develop AI-powered tools using a Python-first stack, including FastAPI, Gradio, and AWS Lambda.
  • Design agentic workflows and optimize prompt engineering to balance accuracy, cost, and latency.
  • Conduct continuous R&D on new AI tools and frameworks to contribute to the department's knowledge base.
  • Manage client communication, providing technical clarity, onboarding, and comprehensive handover documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and ship functional AI systems using modern AI development tools.
  • Proficiency in Python and lightweight web frameworks like FastAPI or Gradio.
  • Experience with serverless runtimes (AWS Lambda) and AI model selection.
  • Ability to frame complex, ambiguous problems into clear, executable technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for direct client interaction and technical leadership.
