What you will do

  • Design, test, and iterate on prompts for AI agents across email, chat, and voice channels.
  • Build and maintain the knowledge base architecture, including product information, policy documents, and tone guidelines.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks and test suites to measure accuracy, tone, and resolution rates.
  • Manage and optimize integrations between Claude, Richpanel, and Aircall.
  • Analyze call transcripts and ticket data to identify patterns and implement systemic AI improvements.
  • Script data extraction and reporting workflows using Python.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building production-ready LLM applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent development.
  • Proficiency with Claude or equivalent LLMs via API, including context window management and system prompt design.
  • Experience with CX platforms (Richpanel, Zendesk, Intercom, etc.) and telephony systems (Aircall, Dialpad, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CX metrics such as CSAT, NPS, containment rate, and average handle time.
  • Python or scripting proficiency for data analysis and automation.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with a preference for incremental shipping and scalability.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Voice AI or IVR design.
  • Background in conversation design or UX writing.
  • Experience transitioning support operations from human-led to AI-augmented.
  • Background in DTC ecommerce, health and wellness, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Experience with data visualization tools or BI platforms.
