What you will do

• Consult enterprise clients on best practices to achieve financial transformation goals and uncover pain points.
• Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and account optimization to drive retention and expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to align the product roadmap with customer needs.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and lead executive client meetings.
• Analyze multifaceted client scenarios to identify root causes and execute remediation plans.
• Mentor new ASM team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, consulting, audit, or customer success.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields.
• Must be based in London, England (Hybrid).
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available.
• Strong accounting fundamentals in close, reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

• Professional accounting certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Prior experience with hirify.global or other close management tools.
• Previous Customer Success or Account Management experience with diverse enterprise clients.
