What you will do

• Monitor active projects to flag and mitigate potential risks to clients.
• Provide daily guidance and compliance advice to service delivery teams.
• Design and implement global operational policies and processes to protect clients.
• Create and deliver tailored in-person and e-learning trainings for internal teams.
• Collaborate with global internal stakeholders to drive procedural and behavioral enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and leadership experience.
• 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in law, risk management, consulting, or compliance.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
• Must be authorized to work in Hong Kong or eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Periscope.
