Salary: $142,298 - $237,640 per year

What you will do

• Perform QA/QC of substation design packages, including physical design and protective relaying/control.
• Provide technical guidance on design guides, standards, and engineering codes to project teams.
• Prepare engineering deliverables, calculations, and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on complex high voltage substation projects.
• Mentor lower-level professionals and lead production teams to ensure project quality.
• Consult on complex technical challenges and support business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• High voltage (HV) substation design experience in Physical and/or Protection & Controls.
• Experience with QA/QC reviews and acting as a project lead for utility substation clients.
• Must be located in or be able to relocate to the US West Region.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office.
