Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the US West Region (Denver, CO; Irvine, CA; Phoenix, AZ; or Tualatin, OR). Hybrid options available after 90 days.
Salary: $142,298 - $237,640 per year

What you will do
- Perform QA/QC of substation design packages, including physical design and protective relaying/control.
- Provide technical guidance on design guides, standards, and engineering codes to project teams.
- Prepare engineering deliverables, calculations, and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on complex high voltage substation projects.
- Mentor lower-level professionals and lead production teams to ensure project quality.
- Consult on complex technical challenges and support business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- High voltage (HV) substation design experience in Physical and/or Protection & Controls.
- Experience with QA/QC reviews and acting as a project lead for utility substation clients.
- Must be located in or be able to relocate to the US West Region.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office.
