What you will do

• Review customer pay repair orders to ensure alignment with manufacturer and state requirements.
• Calculate average labor rates and parts markups using qualifying ROs and preset guidelines.
• Prepare and submit accurate filing packages for warranty rate increases within specified timelines.
• Ensure full compliance with manufacturer rules and respond to inquiries from dealerships or manufacturers.
• Maintain organized records and communicate filing updates to dealership management.
• Stay current with evolving manufacturer policies and state laws to improve approval rates.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an automotive dealership service department (warranty, service advisor, or technician).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document preparation tools.
• Understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and ability to follow detailed guidelines.
• Must be based in the USA.
• English: B2 proficiency required.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
