What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for complex workflows, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Lead UX thinking across discovery, ideation, prototyping, and final high-fidelity designs
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and scalable UI designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from early concept through execution
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistency across the product
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and shared patterns
• Use research, data, and feedback to inform design decisions and articulate rationale clearly

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience on software products
• Strong portfolio showing thoughtful problem-solving for complex systems, multi-step workflows, or data-dense interfaces
• Excellent visual design skills with strong UX fundamentals
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Principle)
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., FigJam, Zeplin, Storybook)
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) for effective engineer collaboration
• Experience using analytics, usability testing, or research tools

Nice to have

• Experience designing B2B, enterprise, or workflow-heavy products
• Familiarity with design systems at scale
• Experience in regulated environments like healthcare or finance
• Usability testing or research practices
