What you will do

• Create interaction flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for desktop and mobile applications using Figma.
• Translate user research findings and business requirements into high-fidelity mockups and well-reasoned design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the project lifecycle to maintain design integrity.
• Apply insights from usability tests, surveys, and contextual inquiries to drive actionable design improvements.
• Participate in design critiques and iterate on deliverables based on feedback from peers and leadership.
• Maintain and contribute to the company's established design system and visual standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (implied by US-specific benefits and tax structures).
• 2+ years of professional UX or product design experience within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Strong fundamentals in visual design, including typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
