What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define strategy, requirements, and timelines.
• Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models for end-to-end experiences.
• Partner with researchers for user needs analysis and usability testing.
• Contribute to a unified experience vision across public safety applications.
• Work with global UX team to maintain design standards and mentor juniors.
• Communicate designs to stakeholders and participate in reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years as UX, interaction, or product designer delivering digital solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, HCI, industrial design, or related.
• Strong portfolio of user-centered design for complex products.
• Experience with Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar.
• Ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong user research methods and cross-functional global team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Motion design or animation skills.
