Junior UX Designer

What you will do

• Support the design team in delivering finalized UX/UI designs for digital applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals
• Translate complex problems into clear design requirements and solutions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and iteration cycles
• Contribute to the design of web and native/mobile applications
• Communicate design rationale to team members and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in UX design and visual design
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience designing for web, mobile, or digital applications
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio showcasing UX design work (required)

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience working in Agile or collaborative product teams
• Exposure to user research and usability testing
