What you will do

• Provide executive-level advisory services to a broad portfolio of clients within the utility industry.
• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives to drive customer loyalty and advocacy.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify new growth initiatives, gather requirements for proposals, and provide pricing estimates.
• Act as a strategic liaison between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure project outcomes meet business needs.
• Provide subject matter expertise on workflows, organizational change, and technology integration during project delivery.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership through public speaking, articles, and professional blogs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, GIS, Electrical Engineering, Business/Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 6-8 years specifically in consulting, system implementation, or utility IT/OT.
• Deep familiarity with utility technical solutions, including GIS, Asset/Work Management, and Operational Technology.
• Proven track record of maintaining high-level relationships at the C-level of utility companies.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel 10-50% of the time for client site visits.
