What you will do

• Manage development and execution of regional and local product campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Localize global marketing campaigns to drive user growth and brand awareness in Brazil.
• Optimize user funnels and increase conversion through product education and operational campaigns.
• Drive growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app channels.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and new media partnerships.
• Lead and manage the local marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Strong interest and knowledge in crypto, blockchain, and technology.
• Proven experience in growing and managing a user base.
• Strategic mindset with familiarity in social media, community, and event management.
• Execution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
