Salary: $140,000 – $175,000 annually + up to 10% performance bonus

What you will do
- Lead the partnerships strategy across corporate and nonprofit sectors, establishing criteria for scalable partner investment.
- Cultivate and steward strategic relationships with Fortune 500 partners and senior executive stakeholders.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from lead identification and closing to account management and scaling.
- Define and track success metrics, utilizing HubSpot and CRM data to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Product, Content, and Operations teams to align on organizational strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales, or business development across enterprise and SMB markets.
- Proven track record of building high-profile partnerships or executing go-to-market strategies.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution and consultative relationship-building skills.
- Deep commitment to the mission of advancing women in leadership.
- Fluency in using goals and data-driven metrics for decision-making.

- Experience partnering with HR, DEI, or L&D buyers.
- Experience working within mission-driven or social impact organizations.
