What you will do

• Create go-to-market programs aligned with quantified market opportunities to grow the sales pipeline.
• Develop a modular messaging system for sales enablement, case studies, presentations, whitepapers, and videos.
• Continuously improve customer-facing stories through quantitative and qualitative testing.
• Partner with demand-generation teams to create targeted campaigns and nurture programs.
• Codify and prioritize customer feedback, product usage data, and competitive analysis to refine positioning.
• Collaborate with the Outcome Driven Innovation (ODI) team to align product experience with customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-10+ years of experience in product marketing.
• 5+ years of experience specifically within B2B software.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Accomplished writer capable of originating voice and tone systems.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research and evidence-based decision making.
• Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL
