ServiceNow Functional Analyst (HRSD)

What you will do

• Provide organization change management (OCM) consulting and business advisory services.
• Engineer business processes and ensure quality control for customer operations.
• Analyze, design, and optimize HR processes specifically within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Implement functional workflows and capabilities.
• Facilitate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and plan End User Training.
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate discovery sessions for requirements gathering.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field with 5+ years of experience (or Master's with 2+ years).
• Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD platform optimization and design.
• Functional expertise in all phases of the SDLC and agile development.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
