What you will do

• Configure and maintain Workday business security roles, condition rules, calculated fields, and approval workflows.
• Partner with technical teams to support inbound and outbound integrations for benefits, payroll vendors, and identity management.
• Manage Workday releases by assessing impacts, coordinating regression testing, and recommending feature adoption.
• Develop and maintain SOX reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions for compliance.
• Establish and execute UAT and regression test strategies, including script creation and root-cause analysis.
• Create functional documentation and process maps, providing training to HR partners and super users.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM in complex environments.
• Proven experience leading Workday configuration and business process design initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security concepts, including role-based security and least-privilege principles.
• Ability to build and validate custom reports and dashboards within Workday.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines to support the hybrid work model.
