Location: Hybrid (Manila, Philippines). Remote work is available based on business needs, but occasional onsite presence is required.

What you will do
- Configure and maintain Workday business security roles, condition rules, calculated fields, and approval workflows.
- Partner with technical teams to support inbound and outbound integrations for benefits, payroll vendors, and identity management.
- Manage Workday releases by assessing impacts, coordinating regression testing, and recommending feature adoption.
- Develop and maintain SOX reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions for compliance.
- Establish and execute UAT and regression test strategies, including script creation and root-cause analysis.
- Create functional documentation and process maps, providing training to HR partners and super users.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM in complex environments.
- Proven experience leading Workday configuration and business process design initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Workday security concepts, including role-based security and least-privilege principles.
- Ability to build and validate custom reports and dashboards within Workday.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines to support the hybrid work model.
