What you will do

• Support creation of marketing collateral like solution briefs, case studies, battle cards, and data sheets.
• Develop messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and sales enablement materials.
• Assist in product launch planning, readiness materials, and integrated campaign support.
• Build buyer personas, customer journey maps, and translate features into benefits.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams for consistent messaging and event preparation.
• Track metrics, conduct ROI/TCO analysis, and optimize messaging based on feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, computer science, or related field.
• 2-5 years in product marketing, B2B marketing, or related; internships considered.
• Excellent written/verbal communication to explain technical concepts.
• Strong research, analytical skills, and multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, adaptable with organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, IT operations, observability, or AIOps.
• Familiarity with content/project management tools.
