What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end revenue accounting process for a ~$600M business segment, ensuring accurate month-end close.
  • Analyze and record complex revenue transactions in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 606.
  • Perform detailed contract reviews to identify performance obligations and determine transaction price allocation.
  • Ensure revenue-related processes and controls comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
  • Partner with Sales, FP&A, and Legal teams to align on contracts and ensure proper revenue treatment.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue reports and analytics to support financial planning.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification in CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting, preferably in large or fast-growing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP, particularly ASC 606.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Excel and proficient in PowerBI.
  • Experience managing large, complex revenue streams and multi-element deals.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model based in London, UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a SOX environment.
  • Industry experience in Sportsbook or iGaming.
  • Working knowledge of Workday Financials.
  • Experience in acquisition integration.
