What you will do
- Respond to and resolve live streaming issues escalated by customer support.
- Analyze and troubleshoot streaming problems for both live and non-live content.
- Collaborate with global teams and third-party providers using Skype and internal tools.
- Perform setup, checks, and continuous monitoring of live events.
- Contribute to daily reporting processes to maintain service quality.
Requirements
- Must be based in Medellín, Colombia
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, Postman (API calls), and Grafana.
- Professional fluency in English (C1) for clear communication across global teams.
- Technical background through formal education or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in technical support, service, or customer-facing technical roles.
Nice to have
- Passion for sports and interest in the sports tech ecosystem.
- Experience collaborating with distributed, international teams.
- Availability to support a 24/7 environment, including weekends if required.
