What you will do

• Respond to and resolve live streaming issues escalated by customer support.
• Analyze and troubleshoot streaming problems for both live and non-live content.
• Collaborate with global teams and third-party providers using Skype and internal tools.
• Perform setup, checks, and continuous monitoring of live events.
• Contribute to daily reporting processes to maintain service quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Medellín, Colombia
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, Postman (API calls), and Grafana.
• Professional fluency in English (C1) for clear communication across global teams.
• Technical background through formal education or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in technical support, service, or customer-facing technical roles.
