API Specialist (Web3)

What you will do

• Answer clients’ API questions via text and live support channels including Zendesk, Email, Telegram, and Zoom.
• Diagnose and provide technical solutions for clients’ API-related issues across retail, VIP, and institutional segments.
• Assist clients in implementing API code, providing integration advice and debugging client-side code.
• Develop and maintain official API libraries and wrappers in multiple programming languages.
• Maintain internal and client-facing API documentation and training resources.
• Perform engineering tasks such as API onboarding, firewall management, and networking configuration.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, or Rust).
• Strong understanding of REST, WebSocket, and FIX API functionality.
• Experience interpreting data formats including JSON, CSV, XML, and FIX 4.4.
• Experience managing hosts (e.g., AWS instances) and network/firewall configurations.
• Ability to write complex technical documentation in a human-friendly format.
• Must be based in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, or Peru.

Nice to have

• Experience writing trading-related code for REST, WebSocket, or FIX APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL, Google Sheets, and Google Script.
• Experience with third-party API tools like Postman or N8N.
• UNIX command line knowledge (bash, sed, awk, grep, etc.).
• Additional language abilities beyond English.
