TL;DR

Location: Remote (Colombia), must be based in Colombia and available to work shifts aligned with Central European Time (CET)

hirify.global is an AI-powered revehirify.global architecture platform that unifies CPQ, billing, and revehirify.global lifecycle management into a single system.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce custom flows, fields, data, and workflows.
  • Provide technical support via Slack, phone, and Zoom, offering best practices for Salesforce and hirify.global.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs and validate new product releases.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain shift alignment with Central European Time (CET), which may include overnight coverage.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-focused technical positions.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce custom flows, custom fields/objects, Apex, and Reports.
  • Experience managing applications from Salesforce AppExchange and strong PL/SQL skills.
  • Hands-on experience with document generation tools like DocuSign or PandaDocs.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1).
  • Must be based in Colombia to support global teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting SaaS products or enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, SAML).
  • Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk or HyperDX.
  • Experience in Order-To-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), or General Ledger (GL).
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
