What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce custom flows, fields, data, and workflows.
- Provide technical support via Slack, phone, and Zoom, offering best practices for Salesforce and .
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs and validate new product releases.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain shift alignment with Central European Time (CET), which may include overnight coverage.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-focused technical positions.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce custom flows, custom fields/objects, Apex, and Reports.
- Experience managing applications from Salesforce AppExchange and strong PL/SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with document generation tools like DocuSign or PandaDocs.
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1).
- Must be based in Colombia to support global teams.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting SaaS products or enterprise software.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, SAML).
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk or HyperDX.
- Experience in Order-To-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), or General Ledger (GL).
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
