What you will do

• Resolve customer billing, invoicing, tax, and payment inquiries via Salesforce, email, and phone.
• Review invoices, credits, and payment history to identify discrepancies and root causes.
• Apply basic accounting concepts to evaluate and resolve billing disputes.
• Partner with internal Billing, Accounting, Collections, and Sales Operations teams to resolve issues end-to-end.
• Document cases accurately and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Identify recurring billing issues and contribute to process and documentation improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, billing operations, or financial operations.
• Foundational understanding of billing, payments, credits, and basic accounting principles.
• Must be based in Medellin, Colombia.

Nice to have

• Awareness of sales tax considerations or tax exemptions.
• Proficiency in systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
