What you will do

• Develop and own the overall operations strategy, including production planning, manufacturing capacity, and resource allocation.
• Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and device servicing.
• Oversee the setup and optimization of the in-house manufacturing facility to meet strict medical device standards.
• Manage contract manufacturers (CMs), suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Establish and operate a fleet management system for repair, reverse logistics, and tracking of company-owned devices.
• Lead the seamless transfer of new medical devices from development to production (NPI).

Requirements

• 15+ years of operations leadership experience in the medical device industry, preferably with durable medical equipment (DME).
• 7+ years of experience leading operations and manufacturing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep knowledge of medical device operations, manufacturing processes, and quality systems (ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820).
• Experience with fleet management and logistics of active medical devices.
• Employment eligibility to work in the United States is required; the company does not sponsor employment visas.
