What you will do

• Maintain client engagement through proactive communication and personalized strategic advice.
• Collaborate with clients and implementation teams to create and execute personalized success plans.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to educate stakeholders on delivered value and ROI.
• Monitor account health and satisfaction, intervening proactively to improve client outcomes.
• Own the renewal process and strategically manage cancellations to achieve retention goals.
• Identify and drive revenue growth through account expansion, referrals, and reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Background in online marketing and SEO is highly desirable.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
